This is a 6th Framework EU sponsored project that aims to "create a pervasive, reliable and cost efficient communications environment that supports the ever changing needs of mobile users". The Networks Research Centre is involved in the migration activity which aims to investigate how the design of new technologies can ease their evolution into networks, for example making it easier to add Quality of Service support to networks.
